Welcome to The Hardinge Arms
Here at the Hardinge Arms, we offer six charming guest rooms. These are located in the converted farm buildings across the entryway from the pub. There is free parking outside the rooms for convenience.
Facilities in each room include a private shower room with towels and complimentary toiletries, free WiFi, TV, hot drink station, fridge, desk & seating (indoor & outdoor).
Check-in is 3-9:30pm, please contact us if you are likely to be later than this.
We may be able to offer early check-in. Please contact us in advance to check availability for your reservation date.
Check-out is by 10am daily.
Breakfast is available to purchase separately & is to be pre-ordered for a time 7:30-9am. We offer a range of breakfast options including items to suit gluten-free, vegetarian & vegan diets with complimentary hot drinks & juice.
Please note, we currently only offer dairy milk, so alternatives will have to be self-sourced.
Dogs are welcome to stay at the Hardinge Arms. There is a surcharge of £10pn per room. Please contact us in advance to confirm.
Double bed, single bed & optional chair bed. 1-4 occupants.
Our most picturesque room. Located on the 1st floor, this generously sized room is in the eaves of the building with exposed beams and a beautiful natural stone feature wall. On the landing area is a separate WC and shower room, which is ideal for families/groups.
A chair bed can be dressed for an extra £20pn to make a third/fourth sleeping spot.
Please note that head height is restricted in this room & the shower.
Double bed, single bed & optional chair bed. 1-4 occupants.
Our most contemporary room. Located on the ground floor, this spacious room has a beamed ceiling, tiled floor and natural stone wall. There is one step up to the shower room & within that, the WC has it’s own door, which is useful for families. A chair bed can be dressed for an extra £20pn to make a third/fourth sleeping spot.
Single bed x2 & optional guest bed. 1-3 occupants.
Our dedicated twin room. Located wholly on the ground floor, this charming en-suite room has everything needed for a solo or shared stay. A guest bed can be installed for an extra £20pn to make this a triple room.
King size bed. 1-2 occupants.
Our striking double room. The dramatic feature wallpaper evokes warmth & cosiness in this ground floor en-suite room. Ideal for a solo guest or a couple.
Please note there is a mini step upon entry.
Double bed and single bed. 1-3 occupants.
Our airy family room. Two steps take you down into our peaceful guest room, located in the short section of the L shaped outbuildings. The vaulted ceilings & feature wall provide a calm, cottage atmosphere & the en-suite is spacious.
King size bed. 1-2 occupants.
Our tranquil double room. Located wholly on the ground floor in the short section of the L shaped outbuilding. The vaulted wall & feature wallpaper add to the serene & homely atmosphere. Ideal for a solo guest or a couple.
Electrical goods such as hairdryers, irons & boards and steamers are available to borrow from the pub.
Please note that the Hardinge Arms is under a flight path for East Midlands airport, which includes freight operations. There may be aircraft noise during your stay.
